June is filled with several monthly observations like Black Music Month, Pride Month, and Caribbean Heritage Month. There’s also Father’s Day and the new federal holiday, Juneteenth. This year the two holidays fall on the same day, Sunday June 19th. There will be book lists for them all, along with some other June observations not mentioned.
