Charles R. Smith Jr. is a multiple award-winning author. His love of photography, sports, poetry, and fatherhood is evident in much of his work. Besides the titles featured below, an additional treat for children and youth is Smith’s “Portrait of a Poet,” a spoken word album that “blends rhythm and poetry to stimulate the mind.” Happy reading—and listening.
I want to show students, particularly boys, that there are many ways to pursue their interests, no matter what they may be.
